The Restaurant

Part of their core philosophy is creating clean food made using simple ingredients that are free of preservatives, so they’re constantly making fresh artisan sandwiches, salads, baked goods and baguettes throughout the day and nothing stays overnight.
Peqish also believes in the importance of giving back to the community and that’s why they source locally whenever possible. Unlike many restaurateurs, Kenneth To and Anthony Marotta are scientists by training. Their analytical approach to food paired with a classically trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu is what makes Peqish truly unique.
